A lot has changed in a short period of time but one thing that hasn’t changed is the power of music to

Inspire • Nurture • Transform

At Orchestra Novo, we believe that bringing music to life is always work worth doing. We are confident in taking steps toward celebrating through music and sharing the company of beloved friends and community.

Co-Creation Project VIII and Tango Magic

This year Orchestra Novo will be collaborating with the Kiwanis Aktion Club and Escuela Del Rio for Co-Creation VIII, our music and art project that brings together marginalized and underserved populations within our community with the transformative and resonant power of music. Joining us will be the Cuesta College Chamber Singers in Morten Lauridsen’s deeply riveting O Magnum Mysterium.

This “All-Strings Attached” concert will also feature the Keiko Cadby Tango Ensemble as we travel to South America for “A Touch of Tango” in all it’s colorful musical glory.

Great music begins with a commitment to excellence and a passion for bringing people together.

Orchestra Novo’s purpose is to nourish and inspire our community through the co-creation and shared experience of orchestral and chamber music that deepens our connection to one another, our world, and ourselves.

Orchestra Novo serves as a leader in presenting performances and educational programs that transform and enrich all those with whom we come into contact.
